TANGO AND SAMBA 12 days
Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay

Rio de Janeiro, for most of us is the symbol of Brazil; in fact it is the most beautiful city in the world with cinematic landscape. Located at the Guanabara Bay, flanked by gorgeous mountain. A centre of culture and education, a place that never sleeps and a place where luxury coexists with extreme poverty.
One of the main features of the trip will be a visit to Corcovado, which is known worldwide for the 38-meter statue of Jesus atop its peak, entitled "Christ the Redeemer". Considered the largest art deco statue in the world, with its open arms overlooks the city. You will visit Sambodrom, Maracana, Brazilian favelas and world-famous beaches of Copacabana and Impanema. You will be charmed by the seductive sounds of samba, the sound of joy and élan. You will visit amazing Iguazu falls: Ridavavia, Two and Three Musketeer, Santa Maria and the Devil's Throat. You will have a chance to learn about cultore and customs in Brazil and it means meeting people. Brazilian are open, happy, enjoying life people, and they show it with simplicity. This place has enchanted visitors for centuries, and there are dozens of ways to be seduced.
Argentina, the Atlantic Ocean and the Andes. Ones called the City of Our Lady Saint Mary of the Fair Winds, today called Paris of South America – Buenos Aires – has its Champs Elise: Avenida 9 Julio, which you will walk along. We will visit an Italian quarter La Boca, with its colorful houses and pedestrian streets, which serves as a buffer between the elegant downtown and quarters of working – class people, living on the other side of the channel. Tango Argentino and galloping gauchos are just a few of attractions that we offer on this journey.
Day 1: Flight to Rio de Janeiro
Arrival to Rio de Janeiro.
Day 2: Rio de Janeiro, Wonderful City
Arrival to Rio de Janeiro. Our guide will welcome you at the airport and take you to a hotel. After a short repose you will have a first meeting with “cidade maravilhosa”. We will take you on a city tour and drive through the Avenida Atlantica and the Avenida Rio Branco. We will have a dinner in a classy restaurant and come back to the hotel.
Day 3: Rio de Janeiro – 7 New Wodres of the World
After breakfast we will leave the hotel for a day trip to Cosme Velho. We will drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon, take a cablecar over the Tijuca forest to the Corcovado hill, where we reach the statue of Jesus: “Christ the Redeemer”. We will take few minutes for a photo session at the point overlooking Rio. Then we will drive to favelas, the other side of Rio, where people build their houses with anything that is available. We will have a dinner and come back to the hotel.
Day 4: Rio de Janeiro – The Carnival City
Breakfast. We will drive to the Loaf of Sugar, the peak at the Guanabara Bay. There is an amazing view over the bay, a bridge joining Rio with Niteroi and the Corcovado Mountain. We will visit the centre of the city and a Cathedral. In the afternoon we will take you to Sambodrom, the famous carnival place and the Maracana Stadium. After sightseeing we will have a dinner and free time on one of the most beautiful beaches of Rio – Ipanema.
Day 5: Rio de Janeiro – Foz do Iguazu
After breakfast you will have some free time. Afterwards we will transfer you to the airport and fly to Foz do Iguaçu. Transfer to a hotel, dinner and accommodation.
Day 6: Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil - Argentina
After breakfast we will have an expedition to waterfalls on the Brazilian side. The place on the border of two countries, where the river Iguaçu gives a show. The highest of 275 waterfalls is Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). Walking through a wilderness you will reach the Devil’s Throat. After a photo session and a dinner we will cross the border. On Argentinean side waterfalls create wonderful view, you will be surrounded by the beauties of nature. In the evening we will transfer you to the hotel for a dinner.
Day 7: Foz do Iguaçu – Paraguay
After breakfast we will take you for a day trip to Paraguay. We will visit a city on the Parana River called also Triple Frontera – Ciudad del Este. We will have a chance to take photos of the Bridge of Friendship and visit a cathedral. We will have some free time in the biggest merchandiser in South America. After dinner we will come back to the hotel.
Day 8: Foz do Iguaçu – Buenos Aires
After breakfast we will drive to the airport and fly to Buenos Aires. After checking in at the hotel and a short repose we will tour the city: Plaza de Mayo and the Presidential Palace, Casa Rosada, Metropolitan Cathedral, colonial and modern town halls. Next we will walk to a birthplace of Tango, harbor quarter La Boca, we will pass by a classical Congress Palace. After visiting the picturesque La Boca we will head towards Palermo Grande Park, driving through Palermo Chico and Puerto Madero. We will have a short visit to the famous XIX century cemetery Recoleta, which among others includes a grave of Evita Peron. Finally we will cruise channels of La Plata River, have a dinner and go back to the hotel.
Day 9: Etsancia La Alemada
Breakfast.A trip to Argentinean province – Estancia La Alemanda. You will have a chance to learn about tradition of Gauchas, Argentinean shepherds, errants and soldiers. We will have a cart trip to Pampa. We will have a dinner with the best quality Argentinean wines and famous steaks. After arrival to Buenos Aires we will take a walk to the famous Café Tortoni.
Day 10: The beauty of the Colony in Uruguay, Colonia del Sacramento
After breakfast we will get to a harbor to start our adventure. We will learn about the oldest and the most beautiful colonial city in South America, Colonia in Uruguay, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will have a catamaran cruise and then some time for sightseeing in this beautiful city founded by Portuguese in XVIII century. Afterwards we will go back to Buenos Aires and on the way we will visit the commercial Floridita. We will spend a memorable evening close to La Bombonera stadium, where the famous band Boca Juniors gives concerts every day. We will participate in a professional Tango show in the place of its birth – La Boca.
Day 11: Buenos Aires - Rio de Janeiro
After breakfast you will have some free time. We will serve ending the trip lunch and transfer you to the airport. Farewell to the guide and flight to Europe.
Dzieñ 12: End of the trip.
Return home.
